How long will it take to receive my order?

If it's in stock, which is almost always the case, your order will leave via UPS Ground the same day or the next day, depending on what time your order is placed.  Please allow 3 - 5 days.

If I need it faster, can you help me?

Yes!  But please contact us directly before placing your order.

Do you offer discounts for large volume orders?

You betcha!  Send us a list of the items you need and the quantities for each and we will send you back a quotation.  To make it easy, copy and paste the item numbers into our online form.

What if I don't see exactly what I need?

We are a nationwide Office Products dealer.  Chances are excellent we can get exactly what you are looking for.

Can I open an account and be billed for this order?

Yes you can.  Please email us with your contact information and request our one-page credit application which can be faxed or emailed to you or click here to download it.  Please fax back to 1-866-378-2665.

What if I need to return an item?

Go to the tab marked "Account".  There you will find a menu heading "Returns/Support".  You may use this form to notify us of a return you wish to make.

Can I order custom products with antimicrobial protection?

In some cases, yes.  File folders, for example, are often custom ordered for specific needs for medical purposes and attorney offices.  These folders could have the antimicrobial protection added to them.  We also offer many custom-imprinted antimicrobial promotional products, such as pens and shirts.
